Architecture: decibels at the edge

Legacy noise mapping uses stationary industrial decibel meters or centralized audio upload, which is costly and exposed under GDPR and CCPA. Silencio runs audio processing on the phone: the microphone is a transient sensor measuring sound intensity in decibels and metadata bands only, raw audio never leaves volatile memory for standard noise mapping.
